Privacy Policy
The data the Studio uses, why it is needed, and how users can control it.

The service is operated by MelisForge. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@melisforge.com.
2. Account data
We process registration details, profile settings, licence status, security records, and significant activity required to operate and protect the service.
3. Connected social networks
After consent, we store the connected-account identifier, display name, and encrypted access tokens. We never store social-network passwords.
4. Content and publications
Uploaded media, captions, schedules, and publication results are stored only as needed to carry out user instructions, display the queue, and resolve failures.
5. TikTok
When TikTok is connected, we use data authorised through TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. A video is sent to TikTok only after the user gives explicit publishing consent.
6. Retention
Data is kept while the account is active and for a necessary period afterwards. A dormant trial account is warned before deletion and first placed in a recoverable quarantine.
7. Data sharing
Data is sent to a connected social network only for user-requested sign-in, permission checks, publishing, or status checks. We do not sell personal data.
8. User rights
Users may disconnect a network, revoke its access, request access, correction, export or deletion of their data, and close their account.
9. Security
We use encrypted access tokens, restricted permissions, security-event logging, and dedicated storage for Social Studio data.
