Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of MelisForge Social Studio.
Effective July 27, 20261. Service
The Studio helps users prepare, schedule, and publish content to social networks they voluntarily connect to a Studio profile.
2. Accounts and authority
Users are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, and having authority to manage every connected profile, Page, channel, or account.
3. Content
Users may process and publish only content for which they hold all necessary rights and permissions. Illegal, deceptive, harmful, or platform-prohibited content is not allowed.
4. Third-party platforms
Publishing is also governed by the terms of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, and any other connected service. The Studio cannot guarantee their availability or acceptance of a publication.
5. Trials and paid licences
Available features and profile limits depend on the active licence. Dormant trial accounts may be removed after prior notice in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
Users may disconnect networks at any time and request account closure. Access may be restricted for violations of these terms, applicable law, or connected-platform rules.
